Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals, and guiding service approaches to resolve member issues.
• Recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching and evaluating associates per company policies.
• Promote membership and assist with purchases, memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
• Handle claims and returns, organize merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and assist with transporting items.
• Complete accounting records, deposits, and cash handling while protecting confidentiality.
