Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area by assigning duties and guiding on member service approaches to resolve issues.
• Support recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates per Open Door Policy.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and help with self-service technology and transactions.
• Oversee area operations, organize merchandise, manage cash handling and deposits, and ensure store cleanliness.
