• 1 year retail experience with a proven track record in meeting and or exceeding service and sales goals.

Responsabilités

• Provide exemplary service to members via multiple channels (phone, email, web, mail).
• Process deposits and withdrawals; review account information and transactions.
• Open new member accounts and perform routine maintenance (address/name changes, beneficiary updates).
• Provide basic online banking support and cross-sell Credit Union products.
