Job summary

Nuvision Credit Union is seeking a Member Contact Center Representative I to deliver excellent service across phone, email, web, and mail. You will handle deposits and withdrawals, review accounts, process loan payments, and support online banking, while aiming to exceed service standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, about 1 year of retail experience, and strong communication and computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding service goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and timely service to members via phone, email, web channels, and mail.
• Identify member needs, offer solutions, and follow up on transactions.
• Recommend other products and services based on conversations with members.
• Open new member accounts and handle deposits and various account maintenance tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in member information.
• Represent the Credit Union in a positive and professional manner.
