Nuvision Federal Credit Union in Crystal Bay, NV is seeking a Member Contact Center Representative I to deliver outstanding member service across phone, email, and web channels. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, account questions, loan payments, and basic online banking support while upholding the credit union’s service standards.

The role emphasizes empathy, reliable schedule adherence, and cross-selling goals.

Formación

• One year of retail experience with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding service/sales goals.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services.
• Competent computer knowledge with Word, Outlook and Excel; remote signing and webcam use.
• Strong member service and organizational skills; empathetic, caring nature.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Open new Member Accounts and complete forms such as Account Cards and related trust documents.
• Maintain accounts, update addresses, names, beneficiaries, and manage joint ownership changes.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and basic online banking support.
• Identify suspicious activity and report it; adhere to training and compliance modules.
• Support continuous improvement and represent the Credit Union positively.
