Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience with sales/service goals.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services.
• Professional verbal skills and etiquette.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel; able to operate a webcam.
• Excellent follow up and written skills.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient member service via phone, mail, facsimile, as applicable.
• Consult with members; identify needs, offer solutions, and follow up.
• Recommends other products and services as appropriate.
• Open and maintain member accounts and related forms.
• Maintain account setup and confidentiality; support multiple product lines.
• Identify and report suspicious activity; complete required training.
