Job summary

NuVision Federal Credit Union is seeking a Remote Member Contact Center Representative I to deliver exceptional service across phone, email, and web channels. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and basic online banking support while maintaining confidentiality and meeting performance targets.

The role emphasizes member experience, professional conduct, and collaboration with internal teams to fulfill cross-sell goals and ensure accuracy in all member transactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year retail experience with a proven track record in meeting and/or exceeding service and sales goals.
• Professional verbal skills and etiquette.
• Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, and Excel), remote signing, and ability to work and operate a webcam.
• Excellent follow-up and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to listen and anticipate member needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and timely service to members via phone, mail, facsimile, and other applicable channels.
• Perform basic member service transactions with quality and accuracy.
• Consult with members, identify needs, offer solutions, and follow up on pending transactions.
• Recommend ancillary products and services during conversations that matter.
• Open new Member Accounts and related forms.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and adhere to security standards.
