Qualifications

• Basic understanding of financial products and services.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Capable of remote signing and using a webcam for virtual interactions.
• Strong member service and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient member service via phone, email, web channels, mail, and facsimile.
• Process deposits/withdrawals, review accounts and transactions, and handle loan payments.
• Offer basic online banking support and support cross-sell goals.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor and adhere to schedule.
• Open new member accounts and perform standard account maintenance.
