You will perform member transactions, review accounts, process loan payments, and provide basic online banking support while meeting cross-sell goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with a proven track record in meeting and/or exceeding service goals.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services
• Professional verbal skills and etiquette
• Competent computer knowledge (Word, Outlook, Excel) and familiarity with remote signing
• Excellent follow up and strong interpersonal skills
• Written communication skills (Email)
• Team-oriented and respectful conduct

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and timely service to members via phone, email, and other channels.
• Identify member needs, offer solutions, and follow up on transactions.
• Suggest other products/services as appropriate from member conversations.
• Open and maintain member accounts and related forms.
• Handle account maintenance tasks and notary services as needed.
• Monitor for potential suspicious activity and report accordingly.
• Complete required training and compliance modules.
• Represent the Credit Union professionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-department collaboration.
