Job summary

Service Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Supervisor-Float based out of our Epping branch location. You will supervise branch personnel and provide a variety of services to members under the guidance of the Branch Manager.

This float role covers Seacoast regions with potential coverage in other areas. Starting at $25.00/hour, the position offers health and dental benefits from day one, PTO, 401k with company contributions after a year, and additional benefits including tuition

Qualifications

One to three years of supervisory or related leadership experience.
Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
Ability to recognize and propose solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Assist Branch Manager and staff to meet assigned goals.
Supervise and counsel branch personnel as directed by the Branch Manager.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all Service Credit Union products and services.
Create a positive member experience through confidence and enthusiasm; you are the face of Service Credit Union.
Build and retain member relationships through quality service.
Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
