Job summary

Service Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Supervisor-Float based out of our Epping branch location. You will supervise branch personnel and provide a variety of services to members under the guidance of the Branch Manager.

This float role covers Seacoast regions with potential coverage in other areas. Starting at $25.00/hour, the position offers health and dental benefits from day one, PTO, 401k with company contributions after a year, and additional benefits including tuition

Qualifications

• One to three years of supervisory or related leadership experience.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to recognize and propose solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager and staff to meet assigned goals.
• Supervise and counsel branch personnel as directed by the Branch Manager.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all Service Credit Union products and services.
• Create a positive member experience through confidence and enthusiasm; you are the face of Service Credit Union.
• Build and retain member relationships through quality service.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Service Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Supervisor-Float based out of our Epping branch location where you will provide a variety of services to members and supervise branch personnel with the support and direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Branch Manager. This Member Service Supervisor Float position will cover areas along the Seacoast region. There may be times when coverage may be needed in other areas as well. "Members are the priority at Service Credit Union, and every role at the credit union is responsible for supporting member solutions and contributing positively to member experience."

Pay:

Starting at $25.00/hour. Flexible based on experience.
