Job summary

Saco Valley Credit Union in Maine is hiring a full-time Member Service Representative II (Float) to support our Saco and Waterboro branches. You’ll be the friendly face customers count on for everyday banking, account opening and digital banking assistance, and problem-solving.

You’ll float among branches to cover scheduled needs, work with the team to provide excellent service, cross-sell products, and help members with transfers and inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfort using computers and learning new systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Familiarity with digital banking platforms and financial products.
• Account-opening experience.

In this role, you’ll be one of the friendly faces members count on for everyday banking, account opening and support, digital banking help, and problem-solving. You’ll float between the three branches to support operations based on business needs.

What You’ll Do

• Assist members with teller transactions and account questions

Work Environment

This role is based in a branch environment and involves assisting members in person, using a computer, and moving within the branch as needed. Frequent travel between the three branches is required.
