Job summary

Spectra Credit Union is hiring a Floating Assistant Member Service Manager to lead and support multiple branches and the Communication Center. The role focuses on coaching employees, building strong member relationships, and maintaining service excellence across channels.

You will work with the Retail leadership team to achieve service, sales, and growth goals while adapting to diverse locations and staffing needs.

• Experience in branch operations, member service, lending, or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage for branch and Communication Center vacancies and leaves.
• Direct, coach, develop, and motivate staff across locations.
• Support coaching, performance management, and training initiatives.
• Promote exceptional member service across channels (in-person, phone, email, chat).
• Underwrite loans within authority levels and guide lending decisions.
