Job summary

CASE Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative I to deliver courteous, accurate service at the branch, handling deposits, withdrawals, and member inquiries with professionalism.

You will process deposits and loan payments, balance cash drawers daily, and assist members with questions, account maintenance, and cross-selling of Credit Union products and services to support their financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• On-the-job training provided; experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide paying and receiving functions for members in person, by phone, and by mail.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, money orders, and cash advances.
• Balance each day's transactions and verify cash totals.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services to members.
• Open and close branch locations and assist with branch security and safety.
