Job summary

• Handle deposit and loan account inquiries and updates.
• Assist members with online and mobile banking and digital tools.
• Explain rates, terms, and product features and promote offerings.
• Resolve disputes and research discrepancies.
• Process transactions and services accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with laws and internal controls.
