Qualifications

• One year of related experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and process requests for transactions and services, including account openings, access services, and funding.
• Learn and thoroughly understand all Credit Union deposit and loan products and services.
• Balance MSR cash drawer and daily transactions; assist with branch balancing.
• Educate members on products and refer to appropriate departments as needed.
• Deescalate challenging situations with sound judgment and a helpful attitude.
• Maintain vigilance and report unusual or suspicious activity.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
