Job summary

Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union in Lowell, MA is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative Float to help members with transactions, educate them on products, and support eight branch locations.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal communication, confidentiality, diplomacy, and tact in interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and provides information on transactions, products, and services and fulfills service requests.
• Balances MSR cash drawer, daily transactions, and assists with branch balancing.
• Educates members about Credit Union products and refers to appropriate departments as needed.
• Floats between 8 locations to provide coverage and exceptional member service.
• De-escalates issues with sound judgment and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Maintains awareness of surroundings and reports suspicious activity as required.
