Job summary

Webster First Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Specialist – Bank Floater in the Worcester region. This full-time, hourly role offers up to 37.5 hours per week with potential overtime and mileage reimbursement per IRS rates.

You will support branch operations, balance cash drawers, and process transactions with accuracy. The position emphasizes sales and service activities, cross-selling products, and providing exceptional member service while adhering to policies and compliance

Qualifications

• Ability to complete simple math transactions and maintain accuracy.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written and oral instruction.
• Fluency in English, bilingual candidates are a plus.
• Notary Public status if requested.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day branch operations, balancing drawers and cash handling.
• Assist members with account-related requests and services, including openings and inquiries.
• Cross-sell Webster First Federal Credit Union products to meet branch goals.
• Maintain a neat, professional work area and address member concerns efficiently.
• Handle inquiries about rates, disclosures, and account histories.
• Support audits and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
