Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Minimum two years of loan origination and closing experience.
• Proven sales performance in deposits, lending, and product penetration.
• Ability to build and maintain strong member relationships.
• Flexibility to travel between branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for staffing shortages across multiple branches as needed.
• Greet and assist members with inquiries and financial needs via phone, email, and in person.
• Model service behaviors and adapt communication to branch needs while maintaining brand standards.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend deposit and lending solutions.
• Open and service consumer deposit accounts within assigned authority.
• Originate, process, and close consumer loans in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain member relationships by identifying opportunities to add value.
• Perform account maintenance and teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Meet sales, lending, and relationship management standards via onboarding and referrals.
• Identify and resolve member issues; escalate when necessary.
• Keep thorough records of interactions, applications, approvals/denials, and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members and departments for a seamless experience.
• Support lobby engagement by handling complex conversations referred by others.
• Learn branch-specific processes and follow loan documentation routines.
