Job summary

Saco Valley CU is seeking a full-time Member Service Representative II (Float) to support our Saco branches. You’ll be the friendly face for everyday banking, account opening and support, and digital banking help, floating between branches based on business needs.

We are a Best Place to Work in Maine, and the role offers weekend coverage with pay differential, plus a benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfort using computers and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with teller transactions and account questions.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products or services.
• Open personal, business, and IRA accounts and help members with additional services.
• Support online and mobile banking needs.
• Resolve member issues with professionalism and care.
• Work collaboratively with branch team members.
• Monday-Friday schedule; occasional Saturdays with pay differential.
