Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of branch or equivalent experience with a financial institution.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of banking products and systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members and provide extraordinary service while identifying their financial needs.
• Promote Trumark products, services, and programs to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Handle loan processes: complete applications, process requests (excluding Home Equity and Mortgage), assist with settlements.
• Demonstrate mobile and digital banking tools to enhance member experiences.
• Support the branch: perform teller functions, resolve escalated issues, assist as a supervisor when needed.
