Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service for inbound and outbound member inquiries.
• Troubleshoot member issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Verify member information and maintain accurate records.
• Promote cross-selling to meet members' financial needs.
• Stay updated on Trumark products, services and training.
• Assist with new product implementations and other tasks as needed.
