Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. or Equivalent, required
• 6+ months Customer Service experience in Financial Services or Retail Delivery, required

Responsibilities

• Provide quality member service with accurate transactions and account maintenance to support retention.
• Meet monthly sales standards through product offerings across deposits, lending, cards, investments and business banking.
• Follow training requirements and comply with safety and regulatory standards (BSA/CFPB).
• Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act regulations in daily duties.
