The role emphasizes accurate transactions, cross-sell opportunities, and compliance with BSA/CFPB regulations, while aiming to meet monthly sales goals and maintain high member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. or Equivalent is required.
• 6+ months Customer Service experience in Financial Services or Retail Delivery is required.
• Strong emphasis on member service, accuracy, and courteous communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality member service through face-to-face interactions and basic monetary transactions.
• Meet monthly sales standards by offering deposit, lending, and other products.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and financial regulations (BSA/CFPB).
• Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act and related regulatory requirements.
