Job summary

Ent Credit Union and Wings Credit Union have joined forces to deliver enhanced member service from their Colorado Springs headquarters. This in-office Call Center Representative II role requires 5 weeks of mandatory training, with hours Monday–Friday 7:00 am–6:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am–3:00 pm, starting 11/23/2026.

Compensation is USD 20–23 per hour plus incentives. The role focuses on accurate information delivery, cross-selling, and educating members on credit union products, while complying

Qualifications

• BS/BA preferred but not required
• 1+ years combined experience in inbound phone & financial services
• Proficient computer skills (Windows, Word, Office)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to accuracy and compliance with Bank Secrecy Act requirements

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming member calls and accurately respond to inquiries
• Cross-sell and educate members on credit union products and services
• Verify member identity and protect assets
• Maintain knowledge of products, online banking, and card services
• Assist with certificate maintenance and online banking inquiries
