Ent Credit Union—now joining with Wings Credit Union—seeks a Member Service Representative to deliver exceptional member service and drive satisfaction and retention. You will handle transactions, educate members on products, and strive to meet monthly sales standards while following BSA and CFPB regulations.

The role emphasizes accuracy, professional communication, and cross-selling opportunities across deposits, lending, cards, investments, and business banking.

Competenze

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. or Equivalent.
• REQUIRED: 6+ months Customer Service experience in Financial Services or Retail Delivery.
• PREFERRED: 6+ months Sales experience.

Mansioni

• Providing quality member service through accurate and professional face-to-face member interactions including basic monetary transactions, new member account creation, and account maintenance.
• Meeting monthly sales standards by offering products across deposits, loans, cards, investments, and business banking.
• Complying with safety, service standards, and regulations including BSA and CFPB.
• Adhering to Bank Secrecy Act policies and procedures.
