• Provide quality member service with accurate face-to-face transactions, new member accounts, and basic service center procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services and refer members to lending, investments, and electronic banking options.
• Comply with BSA and CFPB regulations and internal policies; uphold safety and service standards.
• Meet job training requirements and maintain cash drawer following policy.
