Qualifications

• 6+ months Customer Service experience in Financial Services or Retail Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality member service through accurate and professional face-to-face interactions including basic monetary transactions, new member account creation, and account maintenance.
• Meet monthly sales standards by offering products in deposits, lending, cards, investments, and business banking.
• Comply with policies and financial regulations including BSA and CFPB.
• Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act requirements and Wings policies.
