Saco Valley Credit Union in Waterboro and Saco is seeking a full-time Member Service Representative to support our branches. You’ll be the friendly face for everyday banking, account support, and digital services, with a schedule that includes time at the Waterboro branch and travel between Waterboro and Saco based on business needs.

You’ll join a supportive team at Maine’s Best Places to Work, helping members while building skills and growing within SVCU.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months to two years of related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfort using computers and learning new systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsabilités

• Assist members with teller transactions and account questions.
• Open accounts and help members with additional services.
• Support online and mobile banking needs.
• Resolve member issues with professionalism and care.
• Work collaboratively with branch team members.
