Job summary

Saco Valley Credit Union is hiring a full-time Member Service Representative II (Float) to support our Saco branches. You will be the friendly face for everyday banking, handling teller transactions, account questions, and helping members with digital banking needs.

Based in a branch environment, you will float between branches, assist with opening personal, business, and IRA accounts, and collaborate with the branch team to provide top-notch service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfort using computers and learning new systems.

In this role, you’ll be one of the friendly faces members count on for everyday banking, account opening and support, digital banking help, and problem‑solving. You’ll primarily float between the Saco branches to support operations based on business needs.

What You’ll Do

Work Environment
