Saco Valley Credit Union is hiring a full-time Member Service Representative II (Float) to support our Saco branches. You will be the friendly face for everyday banking, handling teller transactions, account questions, and helping members with digital banking needs.

Based in a branch environment, you will float between branches, assist with opening personal, business, and IRA accounts, and collaborate with the branch team to provide top-notch service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfort using computers and learning new systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with teller transactions and account questions.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products or services.
• Open personal, business, and IRA accounts and help members with additional services.
• Support online and mobile banking needs.
• Resolve member issues with professionalism and care.
