Saco Valley CU is hiring a full-time Member Service Representative to support our Waterboro and Saco branches. You’ll split time between Waterboro and Saco, assisting with teller transactions, account questions, and digital banking support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Six months to two years of related experience preferred.

• Comfort using computers and learning new systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with teller transactions and account questions.
• Open accounts and help members with additional services.
• Support online and mobile banking needs.
• Resolve member issues with professionalism and care.
• Work collaboratively with branch team members.
• Monday–Friday schedule; occasional Saturdays with pay differential.
• Pay range: $18-$21 hourly, based on experience.

Saco Valley CU is hiring a Member Service Representative (Teller) to support both the Saco and Waterboro locations.

Description:

You’ll work from the Waterboro branch at least twice a week, splitting your remaining time between the Waterboro and Saco branches to support operations based on business needs.

In this role, you’ll be one of the friendly faces members count on for everyday banking, account support, digital banking help, and problem-solving. You’ll receive support from an experienced team while building skills that can help you grow within SVCU.
