Center Parc Credit Union is hiring a Member Service Rep Lead in Rome, GA. You will guide the branch team, ensure timely payments and transfers, and open new accounts while building strong member relationships.

The role requires 4+ years in banking or credit unions, along with excellent service and leadership skills. Compensation includes benefits, and a lead, full-time schedule with hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience or 2 years of college in lieu of degree.
• 4+ years of experience in banking, credit unions, or financial services.
• 10-key, typing and MS Office skills required.

Responsabilités

• Lead in-branch member service and coach front-line staff.
• Open new accounts and update existing ones with accuracy.
• Process payments, transfers, deposits, and other transactions.
• Provide product recommendations aligned with member needs.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with vault duties as needed.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with managers for resolutions.
