Responsibilities

• Lead in-branch customer service and coach front-line staff.
• Open new member accounts and update existing records.
• Process transactions, including transfers, deposits, and payments.
• Provide product recommendations aligned with member needs.
• Ensure adherence to BSA/AML and internal procedures.
