Qualifications

• 4+ years of related work experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or credit unions.
• 2 years of related work experience or 2 years of college course equivalent in lieu of degree.
• 10-Key calculator, typing and keying skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-line branch team by assigning daily work and coaching with the Branch Manager.
• Provide exceptional in-branch service and process member transactions accurately.
• Open new member accounts and update existing accounts; recommend CPCU products.
• Ensure adherence to BSA/AML and OFAC regulations; balance branch operations as needed.
