Qualifikationen

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years transactional work experience in banking, financial services, or a credit union.
• Proficient in cash handling, typing, and 10-key calculator.
• Experience with Symitar and Meridian Link is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Open new member accounts and maintain existing accounts.
• Identify member needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Process member transactions: deposits, loans, transfers, payments, and online applications.
• Provide exceptional member service and resolve inquiries or concerns.
• Balance cash drawer and, if needed, assist with branch operations.
