Job summary

Center Parc Credit Union in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Lead Member Service Representative to deliver outstanding service and guide branch teammates. You will supervise daily activities, open accounts, process transactions, and coach staff to meet service standards.

The role requires 4+ years in banking or credit unions and an associate degree. Competitive benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off; pay range $21.75–$27.19/hour.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, Business Administration, or related field. Two years of related work experience or 2 years of college course equivalent.
• Four years of related work experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or credit unions.
• 10-Key calculator, typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field; two years in lead, member-facing role within a credit union; experience with Symitar and Meridian Link.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Center Parc’s core values and deliver exceptional in-branch service.
• Lead and coach front-line team members; assign daily work and monitor performance.
• Open new member accounts and update existing accounts; recommend CPCU products and services.
• Balance branch cash, process transactions including Visa payments, transfers, and deposits.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML and OFAC regulations; provide escalation support as needed.
