Center Parc Credit Union is seeking a Lead Member Service Representative to deliver exceptional member experiences in our Atlanta, GA branch. You will guide front-line staff, handle member transactions, and drive service standards while aligning with CPCU’s mission.

The role requires strong relationship building, coaching, and knowledge of retail banking products. The position emphasizes leadership in the branch, daily workflow management, and adherence to BSA/AML regulations.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree in business, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4 years of related work experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or credit unions.
• 10-Key calculator, typing and Microsoft Office skills.

Mansioni

• Lead in-branch service to members and coach front-line team members.
• Open new member accounts and process transactions.
• Balance branch cash drawer and manage vault and currency orders.
