Job summary

Center Parc Credit Union in Savannah, GA seeks a Member Service Representative Lead to guide a branch team and deliver exceptional member experiences. The role focuses on opening new accounts, processing payments and transfers, and ensuring service standards are met across daily operations.

You will mentor frontline teammates, resolve member issues, and collaborate with branch leadership to drive service excellence while adhering to regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business, Business Administration, or related field; 2 years related work experience or 2 years of college course equivalence.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven leadership and member service experience in a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-branch service and coaching for frontline staff.
• Open new member accounts and update existing accounts; assist with product recommendations.
• Process member transactions, including payments, transfers, deposits and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML and OFAC regulations as they relate to the position.
• Balance vault, cash drawer, and currency orders; manage night deposits.
• Escalate member issues and coordinate with internal partners for resolution.
