Center Parc Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative Lead to guide frontline staff, open new accounts, and drive exceptional member experiences. The role emphasizes coaching, service standards, and collaboration withBranch leadership to deliver efficient transactions and accurate product recommendations.

The position requires 4+ years in banking or credit unions, an associate degree, and strong customer service and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in banking, credit unions, or financial services.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills with a focus on member experience.
• Proficiency with standard office software and 10-key calculator/typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-branch member service, uphold CPCU service standards, and provide guidance to frontline staff.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and coach with Branch leadership.
• Open new accounts, process transactions, and advise on products aligned with member needs.
• Balance cash drawer and vault as needed and ensure compliance with BSA/AML.
