Qualifications

• Requires an associate’s degree or higher and two years of related work experience or two years of college in lieu of degree.
• Four years of related work experience in banking, credit unions, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-branch member service and guide front-line team members.
• Open new member accounts and update existing accounts.
• Process transactions including payments, transfers, deposits, and cash handling.
• Provide product recommendations aligned to member needs and build relationships.
