• 10-Key calculator, typing, and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-branch customer service that aligns with CPCU standards.
• Lead and coordinate daily tasks for front-line staff; escalate appropriately.
• Open new member accounts and process routine transactions.
