Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, business administration, or related field.
• 3 years of specific banking experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily branch operations, ensuring prompt, professional member service and consistent execution of CPCU’s service standards.
• Ensure compliance with member service, operational, fraud-prevention, safety, and security policies; addresses exceptions and escalates material risks as appropriate.
• Maintain expert knowledge of CPCU’s retail operations, policies, controls, products, and services; ensures consistent branch application and proficiency in all duties.
• Exercise override authority within established limits and make sound decisions on checks, fees, refunds, and escalations.
• Coordinate with other branches and internal partners to resolve matters beyond the branch’s authority and ensure timely follow‑through.
• Lead onboarding, coaching, performance development, and day‑to‑day accountability of branch staff.
