You will partner with the Branch Manager to lead staff, ensure service excellence, and uphold CPCU standards across all transactions and customer interactions.

The role requires 3+ years in banking or credit unions, 2 years supervisory experience, and an associate degree in business or related field.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in business or related field; 2 years experience may substitute degree.
• 3 years of banking, financial services, or credit unions experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Direct daily branch operations, ensuring prompt, professional member service.
• Ensure compliance with member service, operational, fraud-prevention, safety, and security policies; address issues and escalate risks.
• Maintain expert knowledge of CPCU's retail operations, policies, controls, products, and services; oversee staff duties.
• Lead onboarding, coaching and performance development of branch employees; set expectations and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with other branches and internal partners to resolve matters beyond authority.
