Center Parc Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative Lead to guide a branch team and provide exceptional member experiences. The role emphasizes coaching, process excellence, and proactive problem solving to meet financial needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience in banking, financial services, or credit unions.
• Associate degree in business or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Symitar or Meridian Link is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead front‑line branch team by assigning daily work and coaching with Branch/Assistant Branch Manager.
• Provide expert guidance to members and teammates, ensuring timely processing of payments and transfers.
• Open new member accounts and update existing ones, recommending credit union products as appropriate.
• Process member transactions including deposits, transfers, and loan payments; handle service requests and inquiries.
• Escalate issues as needed and coordinate with partners to ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge of procedures to mitigate fraudulent activity and risks.
