Qualifications

• Requires education equivalent to a 4-year high school education with additional post-secondary technical coursework.
• Requires at least 3 years of experience in credit union or financial services.
• Requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent member service while guiding branch operations.
• Coach and develop branch team members to meet performance goals.
• Coordinate scheduling, training, and performance reviews with the Manager/Area Support Manager.
• Ensure policies, security procedures, and compliance are followed.
• Assist with hiring decisions and staff development as needed.
