Neighbors Credit Union is seeking a Branch Leader to build standout member experiences, uncover financial needs, and offer tailored solutions. This role leads two or more team members across markets, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to compliance standards.

You will drive member growth, provide top-tier service, and mentor staff in using electronic channels. Strong leadership, communication, and financial product knowledge are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience in lending or member services at a credit union or other financial institution.
• Proven experience with technology usage and online banking tools.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uncovers members’ financial needs and offers appropriate recommendations.
• Provides member support and resolves complex issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversees daily branch operations and supervises two or more team members across markets.
• Handles all chat messages, inbound calls related to accounts, and general questions about services.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations; stays current on fraud training and trends.
• Manages member records and uses electronic service channels.
• Performs supervisory duties including auditing, ITM/ATM maintenance, cash and vault management.
• Maintains multi-market staffing and provides peer training as needed.
