Nuvision Federal Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Member Contact Center Representative I to provide outstanding service across phone, email, and other channels. You will handle deposits, reviews, loan payments, and basic online banking while aiming to meet cross-sell goals.

The role emphasizes the member experience, confidentiality, and teamwork. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on communication and professionalism.

Competenze

• 1 year retail experience with a proven track record in meeting and or exceeding service and sales goals.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services.
• Professional verbal skills and etiquette.
• Excellent Written skills (Email) – Grammar and Spelling.
• Genuine interest in helping members through Conversations that Matter and have an empathetic and caring nature.
• Willingness to make a difference.
• Personable and professional.

Mansioni

• Provide efficient and timely service to members via phone, mail, facsimile, as applicable.
• Consult with members to identify needs, offer solutions, and follow up on transactions.
• Recommend other products and services as appropriate from member conversations.
• Open new Member Accounts and related documents for various account types.
• Perform account maintenance such as address changes, beneficiary updates, and notary services.
• Identify and report suspicious behavior or suspected fraud activity.
• Complete required training and compliance modules.
• Represent the Credit Union professionally and maintain confidentiality.
