Job summary

Nuvision Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Contact Center Representative I to provide exemplary service across multiple channels. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance while promoting cross-sell opportunities with a member-first approach.

The role emphasizes Conversations that Matter, empathy, and professional interaction to strengthen member relationships. External applicants may qualify for a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding service and sales goals.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel, with remote signing and webcam usage.
• Member service and organizational skills.
• Genuine interest in helping members through Conversations that Matter with empathy.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service to members via phone, email, web channels, mail, and facsimile.
• Open new member accounts and complete all necessary forms.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and basic online banking support.
• Identify and report suspicious behavior or suspected fraud.
• Complete required training and compliance modules.
• Represent the Credit Union professionally to members and colleagues.
