Nuvision Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Contact Center Representative I to deliver exemplary service across phone, email, and web channels. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, review accounts, and assist with online banking while opening new member accounts and handling required forms.

The role emphasizes a positive member experience, adherence to schedule, and contributing to cross-sell goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding service and sales goals.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services.
• Competent with MS Word, Outlook and Excel; able to perform remote signing and use a webcam.
• Strong member service, communication and organizational skills.
• Genuine interest in helping members via Conversations that Matter.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service via phone, email, web, mail, and fax.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; review accounts and transactions.
• Open all new member accounts and complete required forms.
• Identify suspicious activity and report it.
• Complete trainings and participate in continuous improvement.
• Represent the Credit Union professionally to members and colleagues.
